Part of living a life with intention means being clear about what it is you want from the life you’ve been given. To help jump start the process as I seek to live a life with intention, I am conducting a Life Audit for the next 45 days. All you need is a journal/notebook and some post it notes to get started. We will have worksheets and journaling prompts to assist you as you begin this 45 day exercise in self-reflection.
Over the next 6 weeks, I will take time to audit areas of my life with the hopes of narrowing down exactly what I want for the year. What goals I want to reach? What personal and professional milestones I’d like to accomplish? What kind of person to I want to be? What can I streamline and/or delete to live a more productive and intentional life? Designed by Ximena Vengoechea, A Life Audit is an exercise in self-reflection that helps you uncovers the real themes and core values that drive and inspire you. Consider it “spring cleaning” for the soul.
As someone who works in finance, I know firsthand the value of audits in the banking world. They provide a snapshot of your current condition and highlight areas of improvement. Why wouldn’t I preform an audit on my life?
